Our Story

Welcome to Jamberoo Valley Farm, an idyllic farm stay with rolling green hills and views to the ocean.

Just two hours’ drive south of Sydney, Jamberoo Valley Farm is surrounded by 65 acres of lush farmland and comprises 4 luxurious cottages overlooking the picturesque valley.

Our contemporary cottages offer the perfect quiet and restorative escape for families, friends and couples looking for a romantic getaway.

The perfect destination all year round, in the cooler months get cosy by the fireplace or enjoy relaxing in the steaming outdoor Swedish spa.  In summer open up the cottage to the cool breeze and discover stunning beaches only 10 minutes away. Visit local wineries, restaurants and cafes or delight in nature walks and waterfalls close by.

Jamberoo Valley Farm is home to free-range chickens, miniature goats, alpacas, horses and cows. Guests are invited to collect freshly laid eggs, take part in feeding our friendly animals, hand pick herbs and veggies from the cottage kitchen gardens and wander the property.

Meet Barbie, your host

Meet your host, Barbie, who along with her dedicated team, is committed to making every guest’s stay truly magical. With a warm smile and attention to detail, she ensures that each visitor enjoys a unique and enchanting experience. 

She has run the farm along with her family and wonderful farm hands for over 5 years, creating an inviting atmosphere that reflects her passion for care and quality. From beautifully decorated rooms to expertly curated local recommendations, Barbie and her team make sure every stay is memorable and special.

We loved everything about the cottage. It’s the most beautiful and peaceful location and two nights just wasn’t enough. The kids loved every minute of feeding the chickens, goats and alpacas and the extra touch of having our own hay to feed the animals any time we liked. Barbie is a great host and we can’t wait to come and visit again.

Perfect country stay. The hot tub was an amazing feature. We spent the mornings walking the property and the afternoons eating cheese and wine on the deck. Kids loved it. The fire area set up was a treat for marshmallow toasting.

It was a wonderful memory but too short two nights only! All kids like the field and to feed those 3 lamas one with Panda face and two lovely goats called Elsa and Pita. Anyway we want to go again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It is beautifully furnished inside and has beautifully views of the farm outside, including the Alpaca paddock. Our 7 year old loved spending time exploring the farm and feeding the animals. We also loved the space outside with the fire pit and swing where we could spend the afternoons. Barbie was an amazing host and the fresh baked bread, delivered warm was lovely. She was also very responsive to guests needs, checking in often to see if we needed anything. Nicha (hope I got her name correct), the property manger was also lovely and did some farm animal feeding with us. We hope to visit again one day!

Thank you for being a great host Barbie! You were very responsive and attentive! We had the best stay, will definitely be back in the future. The property is beautiful and the animals are so calm and friendly. The Farm House is really comfortable, great kitchen with everything you need. Loved the tree swing and the fire place! Looking forward to visiting again in the future!
